Service and Repair

Please contact SAGE SatCom Customer Service to begin the RMA & repair process of your product at rma@sagesat.com.

For product repair returns, a Return of Material Authorization (RMA) form will be provided by SAGE SatCom Customer Service. Please fill in the RMA form with serial number, part number, and complete fault description.

An RMA number will be assigned by SAGE SatCom Customer Service on receipt of the completed RMA form.

Please do not return any units without an RMA number.

Please contact SAGE SatCom Customer Service prior to returning any product.
